Browser storage
Cookie Policy
Information about cookies and similar technologies used by the service.
1. How storage technologies work
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage and session storage, let a site remember information on your device. We use them to keep you signed in and to make the canvas and design tools work.
2. What we store and why
- Sign-in cookie (
mp_refresh): keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it, and it is only sent to our sign-in service. It currently lasts up to 14 days unless you sign out. - Local storage: holds your sign-in session token, a note that you have seen the canvas tool hints, and short-lived hints used to open a design or focus a pixel when you move between pages.
- Session storage: holds unsaved design drafts while you move between pages. It is cleared when you close the browser tab.
- Stripe:when you pay, Stripe’s payment form may set its own cookies or identifiers to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- Google and Facebook: if you choose to sign in with them, those services may set their own cookies on their own sites.
All of the above are needed to provide the service you ask for, so they are strictly necessary and do not need your consent.
3. Analytics and advertising
At the time of writing we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. If we add any optional technology in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
4. Your choices
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time, or block them. If you do, you will be signed out, and sign-in, checkout, and your design drafts may not work properly.
